Principal Application Engineer (Team Lead)

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and support the development of a team of Application Engineers Provide technical guidance and contribute hands-on when needed Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment Customer Success & Engagement Support successful customer outcomes across emulation engagements Build strong working relationships with customer engineering teams Act as a point of escalation for technical challenges Align team activities with broader account objectives Technical Leadership Contribute to the design and deployment of emulation and prototyping solutions Guide debugging, acceleration flows, and development methodologies Support evaluations, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities Execution & Delivery Support delivery of pre-sales and post-sales engagements Partner with account teams on technical initiatives Manage multiple priorities across customers and projects Collaboration Work closely with Sales, R&D, and global Application Engineering teams Help ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and addressed Job Qualifications: Must-have Skills & Experience Experience in SoC (System-on-Chip) design and/or verification Hands-on experience with emulation or FPGA prototyping Strong debug skills (e.g.
• RTL using SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL) Understanding of verification methodologies (e.g.
