Lead Product Engineer

About This Role

• We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with hands-on experience in timing signoff and ECO tools.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen analytical and circuit design expertise while supporting signoff timing activities at customer sites.
• You will also work closely with R&D to help define and enable new, differentiating technologies in timing signoff.
• As a Product Engineer (PE), you will work both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to address customer issues and support Tempus.
• You will engage directly with customers to understand emerging technical requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications for the R&D team.
• Additionally, you will partner with field teams to drive the adoption of new features, participate in technical benchmarks, deliver methodology presentations, and serve as a primary interface for top customers.
• Qualified candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, flexibility to prioritize and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Requirements 5+ years of industry experience relevant to timing signoff and related areas Expertise in block- and SoC‑level timing signoff analysis, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Hands-on experience using industry-standard tools such as Tempus, Innovus or PrimeTime Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Proficiency in creating technical presentations, including developing clear, compelling slides and presenting them to customers or internal stakeholders Position Qualifications: B.E. in EE/ECE/CS or Equivalent Good understanding of Digital Electronics.
