Intern: Software Engineering: Hardware Verification R&D

About This Role

• Support the team on the development of new features requested by customers or Product Engineering team, including the functional specification, code development, unit tests, regression tests, static analysis, performance evaluation, code reviews.
• Support the team in the maintenance on the existent features, including bug fixes, refactoring, performance improvement.
• Participate in the interaction with Application Engineering team to provide support for the deployment of the features on customer side.
• Participate in the interaction with Product Engineering and Product Validation teams to specify and test the features.
• Requirements: Ongoing bachelor’s in computer science or computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Expected graduation in January/2028 or July/2028 Availability to work in person: Savassi, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
• Good spoken and written English and Portuguese.
• Nice to have (University Knowledge): Software Development using version control systems.
• Fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Contact with EDA and VLSI design, including Verilog and VHDL languages.
• Contact/projects with C++.
• Interest in learning a scripting language - either Tcl or Python.
