Test Development Engineer

About This Role

• To be part of world advance RF semiconductor and ability to prove a design that not only works but also ensuring system that stress-test the impossible.
• We are seeking a Test Development Engineer to architect the custom environment and automated test methodologies that validate our next-generation RF products.
• Development of new test methodology, test list, test hardware or testers at wafer level.
• Work closely with Product Engineering and NPI teams in defining and developing new product, in the aspect of test methodology and planning (software and hardware) in early product design phase.
• Design, develop and deliver testers which are efficient, high speed, consistent, accurate, reliable and cost effective for production testing.
• Provide the design or work closely with Manufacturing enable interoperative automation processes.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and set appropriate priorities to ensure timely delivery of test solution for each request.
• Occasional Equipment maintenance and setup support to manufacturing department.
• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor/Master/PhD degree (or equivalent qualification) in Electrical/Electronic/Computer engineering.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in test systems development/automation/manufacturing engineering/ fields.
• In-depth knowledge and skillful in computer programming languages C#.
• Experience in other programming language is added advantage.
• Preferably with RF background.
• Understanding and ability to create customized system design.
• Familiar with wafer probers operation are highly receommended.
