About This Role

• Job Summary: As a Business Operations Analyst for distribution business, you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes to support growth and operational excellence.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our semiconductor operations.
• Key Responsibilities: 1.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: o Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to business operations, including production, supply chain, and sales performance. o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders. o Monitor sales and forecast trends to identify booking opportunities o Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans. 2.
• Process Improvement: o Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. o Collaborate with departments to design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs. 3.
• Documentation and Training: o Document business processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance. o Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on new processes or systems. 4.
