About This Role

• Role Overview We are looking for a strong technical leader who combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with the ability to influence teams and drive execution.
• This role begins as a highly hands-on technical lead and is expected to evolve into a broader leadership position over time, owning delivery, mentoring engineers, and shaping the technical direction of the team.
• You will work on complex system-level validation, automation, and productization for SAN and network platforms, while helping build a culture of ownership, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
• A key expectation from this role is the ability to operate effectively within a single functional team distributed across multiple geographies , collaborating seamlessly across sites to drive execution, alignment, and delivery outcomes.
• In addition to system-level engineering, this role will help drive the next phase of engineering evolution through AI-augmented automation, intelligent validation, and productivity acceleration across the team.
• This position requires a minimum of 18+ years of experience in complex system productization, validation, or engineering leadership roles .
