About This Role

• Role: Test Engineering Manager for Production PCIe HBA Boards reporting to Sr Manager, Operations Engineering in the United States Products: High Technology PCIe Host Bus Adapters Board Level Products for AI and Non-AI Data Server Connectivity Job Description The Test Engineering Manager is considered a testing expert and should be familiar with processes and systems supporting Product Development and Functional testing of products in a high-volume outsourced model.
• The Test Engineering Manager should have a solid foundation in PCIe Protocol and Products, Testing Strategy, influencing and impacting Broadcom’s business needs.
• The Test Engineering Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of a team of Functional Test Engineers, and be comfortable in working with, and collaborating, with US based Product, Fimware and Test Development teams.
