About This Role
- The Storage Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts related to storage products and solutions, driving revenue growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their storage needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing storage accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present storage products, services, and solutions to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in CRM systems.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in storage solutions, logistics, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to understand technical storage solutions (physical or cloud-based).
