Field Sales Engineer

About This Role

• The Storage Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts related to storage products and solutions, driving revenue growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their storage needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing storage accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Present storage products, services, and solutions to clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in CRM systems.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in storage solutions, logistics, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand technical storage solutions (physical or cloud-based).
