Fab Assistant

About This Role

• Semiconductor Fabrication Operator: Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices.
• Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion.
• Calibrates and runs process equipment and processes in the fabrication environment.
• Determines and/ or follows techniques to trouble-shoot/ implement corrective action to bring process within control parameters. • Works on assignments with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools • Delivers own output under close supervision and guidance • Solves problems which require knowledge of specific processes and procedures Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
• Has little or no role in decision-making. • Shares information within the team - Skill: Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. - Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
• Has little or no role in decision-making. - Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Works under close supervision. - Experience: Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
