Design Automation & Software Engineer

About This Role

• Key Responsibilities and Requirements Design Automation Proficiency Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in design automation development within the Cadence design platform.
• Technical Domain Knowledge Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or PCB fabrication and assembly workflows.
• Software Development Expertise Strong programming skills and professional experience in C/C++, Python, and other relevant languages.
• AI/ML and Systems Infrastructure Experience in developing AI/ML models or integrating machine learning workflows into engineering pipelines.
• Competency in Linux system administration to manage and optimize development environments.
• Educational/Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science and 8+ years of related experience or Masters degree in Engineering/Computer Science and 6+ years of related experience Self-Directed Growth A proactive individual who independently initiates, manages, and evaluates their own learning process.

• Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
