  • Manage analysis workstreams by structuring the approach, determining required resources, and establishing an execution timeline while coordinating with various internal clients.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within field datasets.
  • Generate actionable business insights.
  • Work with product teams to incorporate customer insights into the product development cycle.
  • Partner with data analysts to utilize analytic tools for deeper insights from customer data.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across internal organizations and build relationships with external stakeholders to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Identify, document, and implement new business process improvements.
  • Make recommendations for changes to operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with customers, finance, and other internal functions to support the coordination of fiscal year planning, attainment setting, and business readiness processes.
  • Work together to provide revenue support, including pipeline analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and departments on reporting initiatives: Enhance and maintain a core set of standard reports that satisfy business needs.

  • Preferred Education: Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience; at this level postgraduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - 144,000.
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
