What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate and monitor automated or manual test equipment for testing semiconductor devices, following detailed instructions and engineering procedures.
  • Support engineers on their device evaluation, characterization, customer samples and qualification on the ATE or bench set-ups.
  • Include reject verification, address set-up issues and accurately record/report test results.
  • Support debugging of test hardware; assist in test solution bring-up, and release to manufacturing.
  • Manage inventory of lab tools in engineering needs in the laboratory and in engineering systems Provide logistic support in engineering needs in the laboratory and in engineering systems. contribute to continuous improvement of test process, safety and work practices.
  • Key Qualifications: Graduate of Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology, Computer Technology, Electrical Technology or equivalent At least 6 years of experience in test engineering, electronics lab work or a similar technical role Able to compile, assimilate, and organize printed and electronic information Presents ideas clearly and effectively in written and oral form Able to work independently when given detailed guidance Willing to work on a shifting schedule Knowledgeable on using simulation tools for early development Total understanding of test systems, hardware and software development Ability to write and present technical papers Provides feedback and development for team members For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
