About This Role
- The role supports the engineering team by applying basic electronic theory and related technical knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
- The position is primarily responsible for sustaining tester-related activities on the production line, including debugging, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of testers.
- The role also assists Engineers in the installation, de‑installation, and upgrade of testers, as well as in the repair of tester boards and instruments.
- Key Responsibilities: Perform tester Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration, and GR&R data generation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Take ownership of resolving standard-level test system performance issues occurring on the production line.
- Collaborate with peers to meet department and factory objectives, and support project initiatives that contribute to overall factory improvement.
- Represent the team in department activities and demonstrate accountability, discipline, professional conduct, and adherence to 5S practices.
- Proactively communicate system-related issues to Engineers and provide the necessary technical data to enable accurate and timely disposition.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
