• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Analyze equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues.
• Recommend and implement solutions to resolve equipment problems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing support groups to implement equipment improvement activities.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures while performing equipment maintenance tasks.
• Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Wafer Level Dicing Saw, AOI, Mount, Tape and Reel manufacturing equipment.
• These include automated handlers’ sub-assemblies and related components or parts.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
• may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
