Talent Acquisition Intern, Early Careers

What You'll Do

• As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Early Careers team with activities including: Supporting internship and graduate recruitment activity across EMEA .
• Using Workday to manage candidate applications and progress candidates through the recruitment process.
• Supporting the preparation and generation of employment contracts and associated recruitment documentation .
• Working with hiring managers across EMEA to support their internship and graduate vacancies .
• Supporting the administration and co-ordination of recruitment processes, including interview activity and candidate communications.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition information within recruitment systems and trackers.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with offer and pre-employment activities.
• Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Supporting reporting, tracking and general administration associated with Early Careers recruitment.
• Contributing to wider Early Careers initiatives and recruitment projects as required.
• Qualifications & Experience We are looking for a student who: Is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management , or a Business degree with Human Resources as a major or significant area of study .
• Has a strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition .
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Is proficient in the Microsoft Office suite , particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Is comfortable learning and working with HR and recruitment technology.
• Demonstrates a proactive, collaborative and professional approach to work.
