What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-volume resume screening and perform initial candidate assessments against job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Support recruiters in managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding interview schedules, application status, feedback, and next steps.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a positive, seamless, and timely recruitment experience.
  • Ensure candidate information is handled in compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics as needed.
  • Assist with pre-employment requirements, onboarding activities, and new hire coordination.
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives, internship programs, career fairs, and employer branding activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule, typically from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time, with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days onsite and two days work from home per week.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
  • Open to supporting global recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
