What You'll Do
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support inventory management, demand planning, logistics, capacity planning, and customer delivery activities.
- Assist in identifying root causes of supply chain challenges and developing data-driven recommendations.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and track key supply chain performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into analytical insights and project deliverables.
- Must-Have Skills Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
- Supply Chain Fundamentals : Foundational knowledge of supply chain, operations, logistics, or manufacturing concepts.
- Data Visualization: Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- Preferred Education and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Familiarity with forecasting, inventory management, logistics, or operations concepts.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
