Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge and leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or management At least six (6) years experience in test semicon manufacturing with three (3) years directly related and progressive supervisory experience Total Quality Management experience or Six Sigma certification Proficient in Microsoft Office applications For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
