Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations

What You'll Do

• Supervise, coach, and develop operators and line leads Lead day-to-day production activities to meet output, productivity, cycle time, and OTD targets Monitor line performance (yield, downtime, productivity) and drive immediate containment and recovery actions Ensure schedule adherence and manage expedites or priority builds Conduct shift handovers and daily performance reviews Support manpower planning, skills matrix development, and cross-training initiatives Ensure adherence to QMS, control plans, and standard operating procedures Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
