What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of advanced RF/microwave IC products from concept to launch Drive innovation in product development processes and testing methodologies Provide technical leadership on major projects Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmaps Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs and requirements.
  • Create technical documentations such as test plans, product datasheets, user guides.
  • Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles and concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Desired Skill Set: Recognized expertise in complex IC design and advanced testing methodologies Distinguished problem-solving capabilities Proven track record of technical leadership Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab.
  • Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits Excellent analytical skills: critical thinking, enhanced data analysis.
  • Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW a plus Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment.
  • Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environments Self-motivated and fast learner with strong technical, analytical and communication skills.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $131,285 to $190,108.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
