Staff Process Sustaining Engineer

Requirements

• · Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a master’s degree is preferred. · 8+ or years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, MEMS or BiCMOS fabrication, process sustaining, integration or process development. · Demonstrated ownership of one or more semiconductor process areas, such as thin-film deposition, epitaxy, ion implantation, diffusion. · Strong knowledge of semiconductor process integration, equipment interactions, process controls, and high-volume manufacturing practices. · Demonstrated success leading complex root-cause investigations and implementing durable corrective actions. · Working knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, process capability analysis, and data-driven decision-making. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional technical efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. · Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences. · Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as JMP, Spotfire, Klarity ACE, or equivalent platforms.

• Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $113,190 to $163,905.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
