Staff Network Engineer

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership Design, deploy, and support global WAN, LAN, WLAN, data center, cloud, and network security infrastructures.
• Lead network modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, EVPN-VXLAN, cloud networking, firewall transformation, and wireless upgrades.
• Architect and operate solutions utilizing: Juniper (EX, QFX, MX, EVPN-VXLAN, ESI-LAG) Aruba (Wireless, Controllers, ClearPass, Mobility Master) Palo Alto (NGFW, Panorama) Fortinet (FortiGate Firewall, FortiManager, SD-WAN) Develop technology roadmaps, engineering standards, operational procedures, and security guidelines.
• Support AWS, Azure, and GCP networking and hybrid-cloud connectivity.
• Lead infrastructure projects, vendor engagements, capacity planning, budgeting, and lifecycle management.
• Leadership & Collaboration Partner with business leaders, infrastructure teams, security organizations, manufacturing stakeholders, and application teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Influence technical decisions and provide strategic guidance to leadership teams.
• Mentor and coach engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops across global teams.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Operational Excellence Establish monitoring, alerting, incident response, and escalation procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for critical incidents.
• Promote automation, standardization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of global network services.
• Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture.
• Expert knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, security, cloud networking, and data center technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms .
• Strong knowledge of: BGP OSPF ESI-LAG EVPN-VXLAN SD-WAN VPN Technologies QoS SASE & Network Security Experience supporting large-scale global enterprise, manufacturing, engineering, and cloud environments.

• Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $113,190 to $163,905.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
