Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 7+ years of experience in hardware engineering and/or reliability Proven ability in development & validation of hardware and systems used for semiconductor reliability.
- High power module burn-in experience is a plus Hands-on experience with burn-in, environmental and other reliability stress test chambers Familiarity with reliability testing industry standards JEDEC, IPC etc.
