What You'll Do

  • Lead global cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex product quality issues from initiation through closure, while balancing quality, cost, and operational considerations.
  • Evaluate product, process, and test-related quality risks throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Analyse manufacturing, reliability, yield, and customer-return data to identify systemic issues and emerging trends.
  • Provide technical leadership for quality assessments related to product changes, process transfers, test enhancements, and new technology introductions.
  • Support Customer Quality Engineering teams in customer communications and escalations.
  • Drive deployment and continuous improvement of quality management systems and best practices.
  • Support internal, customer, and third-party audits to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
  • Influence quality strategy and promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop engineers in quality methodologies, risk management, and structured problem-solving.
  • Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related technical discipline.
  • Typically, 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Product Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Failure Analysis, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle processes.
  • Desirable Experience Experience in automotive quality systems including APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch, IATF 16949, and Functional Safety.
  • Strong technical background in semiconductor, electronic systems, reliability testing and failure analysis techniques.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing quality engagements.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent continuous improvement qualification.
  • Experience mentoring and developing technical teams. #LI-BF1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
