  • Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of complex embedded software systems Drive technical innovation and best practices across teams Develop solutions to complex technical problems Provide technical leadership on strategic projects Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization Influence cross-functional technical decisions Drive system-level architecture improvements Collaborate with business units to align technical solutions with market needs Must Have Skills Embedded Systems Architecture : Advanced expertise in designing sophisticated embedded software architectures Hardware-Software Integration : Deep understanding of hardware-software interfaces and integration challenges SoC Development : Extensive experience with System-on-Chip development and optimization Performance Optimization : Expert ability to analyze and optimize complex embedded systems Technical Leadership : Proven capability to guide architectural decisions and technical direction Cross-Functional Influence : Ability to influence decisions across organizational boundaries Mentoring : Track record of developing technical talent and elevating team capabilities SW Licensing : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various software licensing models, including open-source, proprietary, and hybrid licenses.
  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated build and test processes, and integration with version control systems.
