  • Job Location : Wilmington, MA Responsibilities Lead the architectural definition and design of complex mixed-signal ICs from concept through production release Participate in design optimization for power, performance, and area, and ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards.
  • Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and deliver successful products to market.
  • Work with digital design and design verification teams on block and system integration and verification at the chip level Coordinate with product definition, applications, and test engineering to define requirements and oversee the transition of new products from concept to production release Assess and resolve complex integrated circuit issues in the laboratory Education and Experience Requirements: M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years CMOS IC design experience Familiar with high-gain amplifiers, switched-capacitor circuits, comparators, integrators, voltage references, LDOs Excellent written/verbal communication; strong cross-team collaboration Manage layout and post-layout simulations Preferred Qualifications ADC/DAC design experience Audio IC design background Proficient in Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation Skilled with MATLAB or similar modeling tools Knowledgeable in digital signal processing concepts Analog/digital behavioral modelling expertise Team and project leadership experience For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $131,285 to $190,108.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
