What You'll Do

  • Risk Assessment & Management Independently conduct comprehensive risk assessments across IT infrastructure, applications, and business processes Develop, maintain, and update risk registers and mitigation strategies Security Framework & Compliance Ensure adherence to global and local cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, DPDP Act) Develop and maintain security policies Support internal and external audit activities Incident Response Leadership Lead or coordinate incident response activities and forensic investigations Document investigation findings and drive post-incident improvements Strategic Communication Prepare risk reports and executive-level presentations Translate technical risks into clear business impacts for diverse stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate risk discussions with business and technology teams Build consensus for risk treatment decisions and security investments Leadership & Mentoring Mentor junior analysts Lead cross-functional security initiatives Represent ADI in external security forums Continuous Improvement Contribute to the evolution of ADI’s security strategy and policies Enhance incident response playbooks and security processes Must-Have Skills Risk Management Independently identify, analyze, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks using industry-standard methodologies Develop actionable risk treatment plans and promote a strong risk culture across teams Data Security Design and implement robust data protection controls, including encryption, access management, and data classification Ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations Analytical Decision Making Evaluate complex security scenarios and quantify risks Make data-driven recommendations based on insights from multiple sources Stakeholder Engagement Communicate risk posture and mitigation strategies to technical and non-technical audiences Facilitate effective risk discussions and build stakeholder consensus Compliance Management Interpret and apply regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, and DPDP Act Support ongoing compliance and audit processes Incident Response Lead incident detection, containment, investigation, and recovery efforts Coordinate cross-functional teams and conduct post-incident analysis Security Architecture Evaluate and recommend security technologies and architectures (network, cloud, endpoint, identity) Strengthen ADI’s overall security posture Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk management, IT security, or related field Why You Will Love Working Here At ADI, you’ll join a global team of innovators who are passionate about protecting the technology that powers the world’s most advanced products.
