Specialist, New Product Logistics

What You'll Do

• Coordinate all logistics aspects of New Product development for the group Liaise between Product Line, Engineering, and Manufacturing organizations Create, review with team, and submit PRIME and PROMIS applications and manufacturing interface forms for all projects.
• Order all material required for development projects and monitor progress to ensure instructions are carried out as required Review the status of WIPs for evaluation, qualification, characterization, and report to the team on progress versus commits Manage and disposition any engineering WIPs and escalate/expedite material when required Identify process weaknesses that result in material delays and errors, develop solutions & implement changes Maintain PLE milestones Qualifications: Degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience in any logistics role Experience with L-ADI tool chain is a plus Strong planning, analytical skills are essential Be self-motivated, and willing to accept responsibility Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills Ability to adapt to changes and drive tasks to closure by coordinating with multiple groups For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
