- Detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute both exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products.
- This role plays a critical part in our software development lifecycle, helping to identify issues early and ensure a smooth user experience.
- As a Software QA Engineer , you will be responsible for testing software prior to release, ensuring it functions seamlessly and meets client requirements.

What You'll Do
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across various stages of development Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using open-source tools Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly, ensuring clear communication and resolution Conduct thorough regression testing after bug fixes and system updates Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to define and refine system requirements and ensure quality standards are met Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, JUnit, TestNG) Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes Working knowledge of programming (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Scanning and Code Analysis tools such as Black Duck, Coverity, ScanOSS, etc For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
