What You'll Do
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for assigned requisitions.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and academic partnerships.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain timely communication and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Data & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for workforce planning and process improvement.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s talent brand and market presence.
- Compliance & Process Discipline: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
- Skills: Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements Core Competencies: Strategic Thinking Process Discipline Agility and Flexibility Relationship Building Data-Driven Decision Making For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
