• Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to production 2.
• Collaborate with cross fuctional teams to define product assembly requirement, specification, costing, yield, manufacturability and handshake to production team 3.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts 4.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any product defectes and failures 5.
• Prepare detailed engineering report and ensure process documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date 6.
• Establish new function on substrate technology and as subject matter, including understand vendor capability/ design rules, substrate supplier selection, provide technical support and expertise regarding substrate related issue For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
• may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
