Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with teams throughout the organization to conceptualize UX/UI design solutions Lead design work from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, validation, delivery, and iteration Help evolve legacy plug - in experiences into a more coherent and scalable ecosystem, identifying opportunities to reduce inconsistency and improve usability across the platform Leverage AI and automation tools to support and enhance the design process from early concept development through refinement and delivery, improving workflow efficiency while maintaining quality standards Apply modern AI-assisted workflows across activities such as synthesis, ideation, content generation, prototyping, and documentation where appropriate Explore connected AI tooling and interfaces that can incorporate relevant context from design systems, product documentation, engineering artifacts, or other structured data sources to inform and streamline decision-making Help define lightweight evaluation criteria and guardrails for AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows, ensuring outputs remain accurate , useful, accessible, and aligned with product and brand standards Ensure shipped product meets Design and Accessibility standards Create designs utilizing Harmonic Design System and following ADI brand Create and iterate Figma components following best practices and Harmonic principles Collaborate with Design Leadership and peers All about you Must-have skills 5+ years experience designing complex software products Expert proficiency in Figma Good knowledge of design and accessibility principles Good knowledge of cross platform experiences, e.g. web, desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) components and patterns Systems and platform-level thinking Strong experience translating complex workflows into clear, scalable user experiences Experience working end-to-end from discovery and problem framing through delivery and iteration Comfort collaborating in technically complex product environments, including close partnership with engineers on implementation constraints, architecture considerations, and design-to-code workflows Hands-on experience using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate aspects of the design process such as synthesis, ideation, prototyping, documentation, or delivery Strong judgment in balancing user needs, technical constraints, business goals, and design quality Comfort with ambiguity Agile and product development experience Strong collaboration skills Ni ce-to-have skills Experience designing for plug - in ecosystems, platform products, developer-adjacent tools, or other technically complex B2B software environments Familiarity with modern AI tooling used in design and development workflows, such as code-aware assistants, conversational copilots, or connected AI interfaces that can access relevant context and data sources Experience leveraging structured data, documentation, or technical artifacts to inform product design decisions Experience with building, maintaining , or driving adoption of Design Systems Data-rich and data-visualization skills Experience with tools like Jira, GitHub, and Miro Characteristics Curious and forward-looking, eager to explore emerging technologies and incorporate practical innovation into design practice Strong systems thinker who can connect local interaction decisions to broader platform consistency Ability to simplify complex problems and make thoughtful trade-offs Balances usability, speed, and craft Hands-on, detail-oriented maker Comfortable influencing without authority Proven independent delivery and cross-functional influence Pragmatic about AI: interested not just in novelty, but in applying the right tools and workflows in ways that improve quality, efficiency, and decision-making Thoughtful about trust, clarity, and human oversight when incorporating AI into product and design workflows For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
