What You'll Do

  • Develop system‑ and application‑level understanding of products, including customer use cases, performance trade‑offs, and system constraints.
  • Translate customer application requirements into product definition inputs, electrical specifications, and usage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with IC design, marketing/system, and validation teams during product development and release.
  • Analyze silicon characterization and validation data and contribute to datasheet specifications and application recommendations.
  • Develop application schematics and reference designs, and review PCB schematic and layout from an application perspective.
  • Support customer design‑in activities and resolve application issues through lab evaluation and structured debugging.
  • Create application notes, user guides, reference code, and evaluation materials to support customers, FAEs, and sales teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings and on‑site support, providing technical input and collecting feedback for future products.
  • Qualifications MSEE or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong background in signal‑chain and mixed‑signal systems (e.g.
  • ADC, DAC, amplifiers, TIA, PGA).
  • Solid understanding of IC behavior in system‑level applications, including performance trade‑offs and limitations.
  • Experience with PCB schematic design and layout, and the ability to review board designs at the application level.
  • Programming experience in LabVIEW, Python, and/or C/C++ for lab automation, data analysis, or reference code.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication across customers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Nice to have: Experience with robotics motor control applications , including embedded control of actuators involving motors, sensing feedback, and real‑time interaction between hardware and firmware.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
