- Requirements - Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in similar sales/client relationship role - Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills - Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and account performance metrics - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite - Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude - Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients - Experience in the relevant industry or sector - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs - Strong presentation and public speaking skills - High level of professionalism and integrity - Ability to mentor and support junior team members - Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive insights Responsabilities - Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients - Schedule and conduct regular client meetings - Identify and act upon growth opportunities within existing accounts - Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs - Prepare and deliver client presentations - Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements - Monitor and report on account performance metrics - Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities - Address client issues and complaints promptly - Develop strategic account plans aligning with sales targets - Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations - Track and analyze key account metrics - Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients - Serve as the primary contact for account-related matters - Manage account budgets and oversee billing and invoicing - Oversee the completion of large contracts - Represent the company at industry events and conferences For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
