- Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field (willing to accept a foreign educational equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Test Engineer or related occupation developing product test solutions for analog or mixed signal integrated circuits.
- Must also possess the following: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) programming in object-oriented and scripting languages for analog/digital devices and products; DE with design verification tools and flows including Verilog, Verilog simulators, Spice simulators, or related languages; DE developing software in major ATE software platforms to test ICs on custom designed and debugged PCBs for interface to ATE; DE designing (individually and/or as part of a team) software and hardware to characterize and production test state-of-the-art ICs; DE using statistical analysis tools and reports oriented for validation of products to set test limits on products and datasheets; DE participating in project development including support of design-for-testability, product qualification, and ongoing support of products in production; and DE releasing products to production by interfacing with various departments such as Quality, Reliability, Applications, Product Engineering, Assembly, Failure analysis, and Global Operations.
