What You'll Do

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain SystemC/TLM-2.0 models for SoCs, including processors, interconnects, memory subsystems, peripherals, accelerators, and custom IPs.
  • Own individual IP modeling and lifecycle maintenance, ensuring alignment with evolving specifications.
  • Build and support full-system virtual platforms for early firmware, driver, and OS bring-up.
  • Model system behavior including memory-mapped transactions, interrupts, DMA, coherency, and bus protocols.
  • Perform architecture analysis, performance evaluation, and system-level optimization.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and verification teams to ensure model accuracy and RTL correlation.
  • Support post-silicon validation and debug activities by reproducing issues, analyzing system behavior, and refining models as needed.
  • Position Requirements: Minimum B.E./ B.Tech degree or MS/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer science B.E./B.Tech with 3–6 years , or MS/M.Tech with 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong expertise in SystemC, TLM-2.0, C, and C++.
  • Proven experience in SoC virtual prototyping and IP modeling.
  • Experience with ARM and/or RISC-V processor architectures , including system integration and software bring-up.
  • Solid understanding of SoC architecture, memory hierarchies, interconnects, and hardware/software co-design.
  • Proficient in Python scripting for automation and model validation.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) is desirable Strong debugging, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated team player with the ability to collaborate with team members of varying skillsets Ability to work effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
