What You'll Do
- Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Lead qualification efforts for multiple product lines Create technical documentations such as test plans, product datasheets, user guides.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs and requirements.
- Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with various levels of difficulty.
- Continuously improve product development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience Knowledge of the basic concepts of analog RF and microwave electronics.
- Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Desired Skill Set Knowledge of the basic concepts of analog RF and microwave electronics.
- Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab.
- Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits Excellent analytical skills: critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis.
- Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW a plus Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment.
- Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environments Self-motivated and fast learner with strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
