What You'll Do
- Primary technical support to customers to solve implementation issues relating to the use of TRx / ADC / DAC.
- Support customers by phone, email, on-line forums and on-site visits to present information, answer questions, and debug customer issues.
- Integrate and troubleshoot software and hardware on evaluation boards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to engage with customers to understand, define and document customer system requirements.
- Define and implement eval board architecture and release plans Collaborate with Systems, FPGA and Software Engineers to define, architect and implement the DSP reference design to accelerate the adoptions of ADI solution.
- Create technical media (datasheets, application notes, training materials and technical seminars/webinars) that promote awareness, effectiveness and ease of use of Analog Devices’ products.
- Key Qualifications Strong fundamentals in high-speed data converters and radio signal chain.
- Experience with RF and mixed-signal systems design and debug.
- Strong fundamentals in data converters, mixed signal, and processor-based systems.
- Knowledge in RF, PLL and filters domains is a plus.
- Familiarity with the role of key RF design specifications (such as IIP3, Noise Figure, etc.) is preferred.
- Familiarity with bench test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators and spectrum analyzer.
- Some programming experience in C, Python and some knowledge of data structures and software abstraction concepts such as an application programming interface (API).
- Programming and troubleshooting experience in embedded C and knowledge of software abstraction concepts such as an application programming interface (API) is required.
- Familiarity with DSP theory and algorithms (i.e.
- FFT, Filtering, sample rate conversion, equalizer, fractional resampling, source and channel codec, NCO, DDC, QEC etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge about DPD and FPGA is a plus.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and other teams.
- Team player, fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Planning and organization: set and manage priorities, adapt to change, drive progress of activities, issues, risks and deliverables to closure.
- Act decisively and make clear, timely decisions in the best interests of the project and customer.
- Open mindset with drive for success and a solid work ethic are valued more than any particular skill.
