- (2 days per week work from home) Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or closely related technical discipline (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and two (2) years of experience as an industrial engineer or related occupation enhancing manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, and performance reporting in industrial operations.
- Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in advanced data analysis using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, and VBA), SQL (complex queries and stored procedures), Python (Pandas and NumPy), and Tableau or similar tools to extract, analyze, and visualize production data for decision-making and capacity planning.
- DE applying Lean (VSM and 5S), Six Sigma (DMAIC), and Kaizen events continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows with measurable results.
- DE using control charts, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, Little’s Law, and time-motion studies to evaluate process stability, staffing needs, and production standards.
- DE using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Pareto analysis, and downtime tracking to identify and resolve root causes of inefficiencies.
- DE using MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), APC (Advanced Process Control), and dispatch systems, including FPS, to manage production execution, control process parameters, and schedule jobs based on real-time data.
