Senior Engineer, Backend Manufacturing Excellence

What You'll Do

• Define, implement, and maintain productivity and cost optimization standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across manufacturing processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows to identify and execute high-impact improvements Design and manage scalable data systems, dashboards, and analytics to provide reliable insights for performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate and implement standards into business processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives Lead initiatives focused on automation, digitalization, and process excellence to sustain competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
• Key Qualifications: Graduate of bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline Relevant project leadership and/or execution experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing operations with proven success in productivity improvement and standardization.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach Other Important Requirements: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Eager to both share and acquire new knowledge For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
