What You'll Do

  • of a Chip Lead, Technical Program Leader, and Business Stakeholder Manager , owning overall product execution across architecture, silicon, software, validation, and business teams.
  • The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional alignment, manage technical and program risk, engage with customers, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities Own complete SoC development from architecture through tape-out, silicon bring-up, production ramp, and commercialization.
  • Provide technical leadership across architecture, RTL design, verification, DFT, physical design, software, and post-silicon activities.
  • Drive program execution, schedules, staffing plans, risk management, and milestone delivery.
  • Lead critical trade-off decisions involving performance, power, area, cost, quality, features, and schedule.
  • Partner with software, systems, product, and business teams to ensure strong hardware-software co-design.
  • Serve as the primary interface for customers, business units, and senior leadership on execution-related matters.
  • Support customer engagements and product vertical customer visits as needed.
  • Influence and align globally distributed teams across engineering, software, operations, product management, and business functions.
  • Drive production readiness, go-to-market planning, and successful product commercialization.
  • Qualifications BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 20+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including leadership of complex SoC/ASIC/Processor development programs.
  • Proven track record of multiple successful silicon tape-outs and product commercialization.
  • Strong expertise in SoC architecture, digital design, verification, DFT, physical design, silicon validation, and manufacturing.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Success Criteria Successful first-time tape-out and commercialization of complex SoCs.
  • Predictable program execution with effective risk management.
  • Strong hardware-software alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Successful delivery of customer, product, and business objectives.
  • Executive confidence through clear communication and stakeholder leadership.
  • Alignment of diverse teams around a common product vision and execution strategy.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
