What You'll Do

  • Monitor, review, and improve customer and order screening logic to ensure accurate and consistent approval and denial decisions.
  • Analyze distributor POS and ERP data to identify gaps related to data integrity, reporting completeness, and policy adherence.
  • Review screening approvals and denials to identify errors, trends, or opportunities to improve decision quality.
  • Monitor order and customer activity for unusual or high‑risk patterns and escalate findings as appropriate.
  • Own distributor compliance issues end‑to‑end, working directly with distributors to drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Manage internal and external escalations related to screening outcomes and distributor compliance findings.
  • Partner with Channel Operations and IT to implement process or system improvements that reduce recurring issues and manual review effort.
  • Support Internal Audit distribution reviews, including walkthroughs, findings Drive effective use of third‑party risk and analytics tools (e.g., D&B) to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Qualifications BS/BA required.
  • Experience in channel compliance, trade compliance, screening, risk analytics, or related operational roles.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets (e.g., POS, ERP, screening outputs) to identify trends and root causes.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and communicate compliance decisions to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience with BI or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience with automated screening or third‑party risk tools a plus.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: No Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,400 to $118,800.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
