What You'll Do
- Manage inbound acquisition and investment opportunities, interfacing with investment banks, target company management, and ADI teams to support initial review efforts.
- Support target evaluations by drafting presentation materials, financial models, valuation analyses, and internal recommendations and conducting company and industry research.
- Lead transaction due diligence -- creating and maintaining information request lists, managing data rooms, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external counterparts to facilitate the flow of diligence information.
- Influence colleagues and senior management, and collaborate cross-functionally at ADI, to continue to successfully execute on ADI’s acquisition and investment strategy.
- Required Skills and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field 1-3+ years of M&A transaction-related work experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, corporate strategy, management consulting, and/or transaction services Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as knowledge of industry research platforms Experience leading financial modeling efforts and taking ownership of model inputs and outputs Ability to balance multiple projects while providing clear thinking and excellent attention to detail in a dynamic work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both vertically and horizontally across the organization For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

- Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $95,600 to $131,450.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
