Senior Analyst, Business Planning

What You'll Do

• Manage data analysis for the group and serve as subject matter expert on data management and analysis Collaborate with marketing managers to build business models for forward-looking business Use knowledge of data integrity and data analytical techniques to process data sets, find trends/insights, assist in drawing logical conclusions and produce metric reporting Learn and understand company logistics to guide and optimize decision making Identify and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery Work with personnel from relevant departments to retrieve required data to develop and maintain dashboards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics Strong experience with programming language and database queries Familiar with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, QlikView and/or Power BI Strong technical communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and summarize business goals into metrics and dashboards For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

• Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,400 to $118,800.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
