RF/Microwave Amplifier MMIC Design Engineer

Qualifications

• Experience with GaAs and/or GaN semiconductor technologies, MMIC design and layout, electro-magnetic simulation, thermal analysis and industry standard EDA tools like ADS and Momentum/RFPro/Sonnet.
• BSEE/MSEE/PhD degree in EE with background in RF/microwave engineering, with a minimum of 0-3 years of experience.
• Ph.D. in relevant areas could be counted towards industry experience depending on the thesis.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder Proficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro etc.
• Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modeling Knowledge of PA linearization and efficiency enhancement is a plus Microwave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experience Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques, e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.
• Must have excellent teamwork and communications skills #LI-PG1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
