Representative, Customer Service

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead-times in a designated region 2.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate before being loaded into the systems. 3.
• Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount. 4.
• Manage the backlog of the customers. 5.
• Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges. 6.
• Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards. 7.
• Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff. 8.
• Recommend process improvements. 9.
• Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed. 10.
• Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
