• Experience with defect inspection and review tools (e.g., KLA/ONTO brightfield/darkfield, automated SEM review, or similar toolsets) Shift coverage This position supports all manufacturing shifts.

• Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: No Shift Type: 3rd Shift/Nights The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $32 to $40.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
