What You'll Do

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance yield, quality, cost, and cycle time.
  • Troubleshoot process shifts and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce cost, maximize output, and improve consistency across equipment and tools.
  • Support the qualification of new equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze cycle time, equipment performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and support quality improvement initiatives to address process and yield-related issues.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Operations and Equipment Engineering teams to continuously improve factory performance.
  • Must Have Skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to learn in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
  • Strong computer, analytical, and quantitative skills, including statistics.
  • Preferred Education and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, extracurricular, internship, or project-related activities.
  • Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or upgrading laboratory or processing equipment through coursework, projects, research, or internships.
  • Familiarity with Visual Basic, Python, Java, or other programming languages.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
