Qualifications

  • Citizenship is required / Ability and willingness to apply for clearance BS/MS in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related technical discipline 3+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing including technologies such as manual and automated semiconductor module assembly, wirebonding, die attach, hermetic sealing, lead forming, and surface mount technologies Understanding of MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, and other associated standards preferred Prior experience working in a highly controlled medical or defense manufacturing area preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, interpret equipment manuals and process documentation.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for work under a microscope is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Minitab statistical software, and AutoCAD or related modeling software.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
