• The Probe Line Sustaining Manager is responsible for ensuring the continuous, reliable, and efficient operation of wafer probe manufacturing equipment and associated processes.
• This role owns equipment availability, operational efficiency, setup performance, and equipment-related yield performance across the probe manufacturing area.
• The position provides technical and organizational leadership for sustaining engineering activities, equipment maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• The manager partners closely with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Quality, Hardware Engineering, Test Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, and Equipment Suppliers to achieve world-class OEE, output, quality, and cost objectives For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
• may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
